Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest assistance with dining reservations, transportation, and local attractions
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures with precision and warmth
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly using problem-solving skills
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Uphold brand standards through attentive service and attention to detail
- Maintain accurate records of guest requests and preferences
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work evenings (4 PM - 12 PM) including weekends
- Proficiency with reservation systems and mobile technology
- Knowledge of Houston's dining/entertainment scene
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
