Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Prepare nutritious dinners and assist with medication reminders
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversation
- Monitor client health status and report changes to supervisor
- Light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying common areas)
- Transport clients to evening appointments (company vehicle provided)
- Maintain accurate care documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year caregiving experience or CNA certification
- Valid Washington driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Reliable transportation to assignments
- Background check and TB test required
- Evening availability Monday-Friday
