Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages and food items per customer orders
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and POS systems efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service with warm, friendly interactions
- Maintain clean and organized workspace including counters, equipment, and seating areas
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Collaborate with team members during busy evening rushes
Qualifications
- Previous food service or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work evenings (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) including weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Food Handler certification a plus
