Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and artistry
- Operate POS systems efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service
- Manage inventory and restock supplies during evening shifts
- Maintain clean, organized workspace following food safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth evening operations
- Engage customers with product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Assist with opening/closing procedures as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous food service or barista experience preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends (evening shifts: 3 PM - 11 PM)
- Basic cash handling and POS proficiency
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Must be 18+ to handle alcohol service (if applicable)
- Reliable transportation required
