Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare espresso drinks, pour-overs, and signature beverages using premium beans and equipment
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warm, efficient interactions
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of stations, equipment, and customer areas
- Process POS transactions accurately and handle cash management
- Support inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Collaborate with team during peak evening rushes
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months experience in specialty coffee service
- Exceptional multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
- Strong customer communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Food Handler Certification preferred
