Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium coffee/espresso drinks with precision and artistry
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening peak hours (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Operate POS systems, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate sales data
- Ensure cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and customer areas
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Collaborate with team to maintain efficient workflow during rushes
Qualifications
- Must be available to work evenings (4 PM - 11 PM) and weekends
- Previous customer service or food service experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong multitasking skills in high-volume settings
- Positive attitude and passion for hospitality
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- No certifications required – training provided
