- Maintain clean, organized workspace following food safety standards
- Assist with inventory management and restocking during evening hours
- Collaborate with closing team to ensure smooth transition

Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service or food service experience
- Basic coffee knowledge or willingness to learn brewing techniques
- Flexible availability Monday-Friday evenings (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Strong multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Reliable transportation to downtown Chicago location
- Food Handler's Certificate preferred (training provided)
