Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium coffee/espresso beverages with precision and artistry
- Engage customers with warm, personalized service during peak evening hours
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness of workstations and customer areas
- Process cash/POS transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team during inventory and closing procedures
- Adhere to all food safety and operational protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months barista or customer service experience
- Knowledge of espresso brewing techniques and coffee varieties
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling
