Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks with precision and artistry
- Engage warmly with evening customers, building lasting relationships
- Maintain a sparkling clean and organized coffee station
- Process cashless payments and manage POS transactions accurately
- Collaborate with evening shift team to ensure seamless operations
- Restock inventory and uphold premium quality standards
Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability between 3 PM - 11 PM (weekends required)
- Basic cash handling and POS proficiency
- Passion for coffee and exceptional service mindset
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Must be 18+ with reliable transportation
