Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium coffee/espresso beverages to exacting standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service during peak evening hours
- Maintain pristine workspace and equipment hygiene
- Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently
- Manage inventory and restock supplies during shift
- Collaborate with team to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to all food safety and health regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months coffee service or food service experience
- Passion for specialty coffee and customer experience
- Availability for evening shifts (4 PM - 11 PM) weekends
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
- 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
