Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality specialty beverages (espresso, lattes, cold brew)
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all workstations and equipment
- Engage warmly with customers and resolve inquiries promptly
- Restock inventory and assist with opening/closing procedures
- Collaborate with team members during peak evening rush periods
- Adhere to all food safety and health regulations
Qualifications
- Must be available 3-5 evenings weekly (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and multitask efficiently
- No prior barista experience necessary – training provided
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation to/from Manhattan location
- 18+ years of age
