Qualifications
- 1+ years of barista experience in high-volume settings
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and flavor profiles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently during peak rush periods
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
- Flexible availability for evening shifts (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
