Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks to exact standards
- Provide exceptional customer service with warm, engaging interactions
- Manage cash transactions and POS systems accurately
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of workspace, equipment, and seating areas
- Assist with inventory management and restocking operations
- Collaborate with team members during peak evening hours
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months experience in food service or customer-facing role
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques preferred
- Strong multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and evening availability (4 PM - 11 PM)
