Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks with precision and artistry
- Manage cash register and POS system efficiently
- Engage warmly with diverse customers during peak evening hours
- Maintain spotless workspace and uphold strict hygiene standards
- Collaborate with team during busy rushes while maintaining quality
- Assist with inventory management and restocking operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months barista or customer service experience
- Availability for evening shifts (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) including weekends
- Basic food handling certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional multitasking and time management skills
- Positive attitude and strong communication abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- San Diego local preferred (reliable transportation required)
