Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences across our luxury hotel and event properties
- Manage weekend check-in/check-out operations with precision and warmth
- Coordinate special event bookings and VIP guest arrangements
- Resolve guest inquiries and issues with creative problem-solving
- Maintain detailed property records and reservation systems
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams during peak weekend operations
- Implement brand standards consistently across all guest touchpoints
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Availability Saturdays and Sundays (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm shifts)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with property management systems (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Ability to thrive in flexible, fast-paced environments
- Valid California driver's license (for venue rotations)
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency highly valued
- Must pass background check and drug screening
