Responsibilities
- Monitor venue operations during night shift hours ensuring safety protocols and exceptional guest experiences
- Coordinate staff scheduling and task delegation for seamless evening operations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve conflicts with professionalism and poise
- Conduct routine venue inspections and maintenance checks
- Manage inventory and supply replenishment for night shift needs
- Prepare shift reports and communicate critical information to day management
- Train new team members on night-specific procedures and standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality, customer service, or event coordination
- Availability to work flexible night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) including weekends
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean driving record
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Excellent communication skills with diverse clientele
- Flexibility to adapt to changing operational needs
