Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and clients during evening hours.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and inventory counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with company standards.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently with a professional and positive demeanor.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Monitor security systems and report any irregularities immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Must be available to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., POS systems, email, Microsoft Office).
