Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening and weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday, 10 PM-6 AM)
- Handle guest inquiries, check-ins, and special requests with professionalism
- Monitor security protocols and ensure guest safety throughout the facility
- Coordinate with overnight staff to maintain operational standards
- Process payments and manage point-of-sale systems accurately
- Prepare guest rooms and common areas for next-day operations
- Document incidents and maintain detailed shift reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service or hospitality experience
- Availability for all weekend shifts and 3+ weekday nights
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic proficiency with reservation and POS systems
- Valid California driver's license (for errands if needed)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift 30 lbs
- Flexible schedule including holidays
