Responsibilities
- Prepare specialty coffee drinks (espresso, lattes, cold brew) with precision and consistency
- Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced evening environment
- Manage cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately
- Maintain clean and organized cafĂŠ stations during shifts
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth evening operations
Qualifications
- Availability to work evenings (4:00 PM - 11:00 PM), weekends required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume setting
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Positive attitude and passion for customer service
- Food handler certification preferred (training available)
- Must be 18+ years old
