Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium coffee/espresso beverages with precision and artistry
- Manage evening rush orders efficiently while maintaining exceptional customer service
- Operate POS system, handle cash transactions, and balance registers
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of bar, equipment, and seating areas
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Collaborate with team during evening shift transitions
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of barista or food service experience
- Valid California Food Handler Card required
- Strong interpersonal skills and genuine hospitality mindset
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Flexible availability between 4 PM - 11 PM (including weekends)
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
- Passion for coffee culture and willingness to learn advanced techniques
