Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using provided high-end espresso machines and grinders
- Engage customers with personalized service and detailed knowledge of coffee origins
- Maintain pristine café cleanliness and sanitized equipment per health standards
- Process POS transactions accurately and manage cash flow responsibly
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless service
- Contribute to inventory management and restocking of provided supplies
- Participate in ongoing coffee training and seasonal menu development
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience preferred but not required - full training provided
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tracking
- Strong communication and customer service aptitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Food safety certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Passion for coffee and eagerness to learn advanced techniques
