Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at check-in stations, VIP areas, and venue entrances
- Manage attendee flow and ensure crowd safety through directional guidance
- Distribute promotional materials and event-specific information packets
- Assist with setup/teardown of equipment, signage, and decorative elements
- Monitor inventory of supplies and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with security and venue management teams during emergencies

Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid US work authorization
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor/indoor environments
