Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries regarding products and services.
- Process sales transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer emails promptly.
- Stock shelves and display areas to ensure the store is well-presented and organized.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with patience and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the evening team to ensure smooth store operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Must be available to work evenings, including weekends and holidays.
