Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Assist in processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Learn and demonstrate product knowledge to provide accurate recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales and service goals.
- Handle customer feedback constructively and escalate issues when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Strong desire to learn and develop new skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects (up to 25 lbs).
