Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and enthusiasm
- Deliver exceptional customer service through warm interactions and order accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and café environment
- Operate coffee equipment safely and efficiently following training protocols
- Process payments and handle POS transactions with attention to detail
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours for seamless operations
- Learn and memorize menu items, ingredients, and seasonal promotions
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment tasks
Qualifications
- No prior barista experience required – we train from ground up!
- Positive attitude and genuine passion for customer service
- Reliable availability including weekends and early morning shifts
