Responsibilities
- Expertly craft specialty coffee beverages using advanced brewing techniques
- Master latte art and present beverages with impeccable visual appeal
- Provide personalized recommendations based on customer preferences
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of espresso machines and brewing equipment
- Train junior baristas on coffee preparation and service standards
- Manage inventory of premium coffee beans and ingredients
- Collaborate with pastry team to create perfect beverage-food pairings
- Contribute to innovative seasonal menu development
Qualifications
- 3+ years of specialty coffee experience with portfolio of latte art
- Expert knowledge of coffee origins, roasts, and brewing methods
- Exceptional customer service with proven ability to build client loyalty
- Ability to work efficiently during high-volume peak hours
- Food safety certification (ServSafe or equivalent)
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management software
