Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks following precise recipes and quality standards
- Engage warmly with customers, taking accurate orders and providing personalized recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace including espresso machines, brewing equipment, and service areas
- Handle cash transactions and POS operations with accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless service flow
- Contribute to inventory management and restocking of coffee, syrups, and supplies
- Adhere to all food safety protocols and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with legal authorization to work in the US
- Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash and POS transactions
- Reliable transportation and consistent availability including weekends
