Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise shipments efficiently during early morning shifts
- Stock shelves and display areas according to company standards and planograms
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to management
- Maintain clean, organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless store operations
- Participate in quarterly inventory audits and stock rotations
Qualifications
- Must be available to work 4:00 AM - 1:00 PM shifts
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management and stock counts
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
- No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pass background check and drug screening
