Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise from delivery trucks
- Stock shelves and display areas according to planograms
- Ensure sales floor is clean and safe during stocking operations
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation
- Collaborate with overnight team to achieve stocking goals
- Follow safety protocols for equipment and merchandise handling
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – paid training provided
- Early morning availability (shifts start 4:00 AM - 6:00 AM)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to Baltimore work location
