Responsibilities
- Stock and organize merchandise in assigned departments with precision and speed
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory management systems efficiently
- Rotate products to ensure freshness and compliance with FIFO standards
- Collaborate with overnight team to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Process incoming shipments and verify inventory accuracy
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards immediately
- Support promotional displays and seasonal resets as needed
Qualifications
- Availability to work 4-5am shifts (Monday-Saturday)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory counts and stock rotation
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
- Previous stocking or retail experience preferred
