Responsibilities
- Customer Experience: Greet and welcome customers warmly, answering inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Sales Support: Assist customers in locating products, explaining product features, and making informed purchase decisions.
- Operations: Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process transactions, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Merchandising: Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and maintain a clean, tidy store environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily sales goals and support store operations.
- Problem Solving: Handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism, escalating issues when necessary.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for enthusiastic candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and move around the sales floor.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Schedule: Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
