Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly demeanor, answering questions and providing product recommendations.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Ensure the sales floor is organized, clean, and fully stocked with merchandise according to visual standards.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment, tagging, and floor resets.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and maintain store standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Participate in store promotions and events to drive foot traffic and sales.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for fashion or lifestyle products.
