Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise deliveries in the early morning hours (3:00 AM - 9:00 AM)
- Stock shelves, displays, and storage areas according to company standards
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory management systems efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized stockroom environments
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless store opening
- Adhere to all safety protocols and merchandise handling guidelines
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible early morning shifts (3:00 AM start time)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Previous stockroom or retail experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
