Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise deliveries in the early morning hours (3:00 AM - 9:00 AM)
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planograms and inventory guidelines
- Rotate stock using FIFO methods to ensure freshness and minimize waste
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to department leads
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe stockroom and sales floor areas
- Operate pallet jacks and basic warehouse equipment safely
- Collaborate with overnight crew for seamless store operations
Qualifications
- Ability to work 3:00 AM - 9:00 AM shifts (5 days/week)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
- No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided
