Responsibilities
- Merchandising: Receive, unpack, and stock merchandise on shelves according to company visual standards.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and alert management when products are running low.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and safe for customers and staff.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment.
- Customer Assistance: Assist customers in locating items and provide a positive shopping experience.
- Loss Prevention: Adhere to all security protocols to minimize shrinkage and theft.
Qualifications
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to adhere to early morning schedules (typically 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for organization and product placement.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
