Responsibilities
- Restock shelves and displays with new merchandise to ensure the store is fully stocked and visually appealing.
- Organize warehouse and backroom areas to maintain an efficient workflow and safety standards.
- Rotate inventory to ensure products are sold before their expiration dates and comply with FIFO (First-In, First-Out) protocols.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, safely and efficiently.
- Assist in processing incoming shipments, checking for damages, and preparing goods for the sales floor.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment in the stockroom and sales floor at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work early morning shifts, typically starting between 4:00 AM and 6:00 AM.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
