Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming merchandise shipments with precision and efficiency
- Stock shelves, displays, and storage areas according to planogram standards
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and maintain FIFO compliance
- Collaborate with overnight team to maintain clean and organized sales floor
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to management
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible shifts starting between 4:00 AM - 6:00 AM
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Valid driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
- Team player with positive attitude
