Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and unpack merchandise deliveries from trucks.
- Organize and stock shelves with new products in an attractive and accessible manner.
- Rotate inventory to ensure proper FIFO (First-In, First-Out) rotation.
- Keep the stockroom and sales floor clean, organized, and safe.
- Assist in preparing the store layout for the opening hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to management.
- Ensure pricing accuracy on all merchandise.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (shifts start early in the morning).
- Physical stamina to lift heavy boxes and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory management and pricing.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as required.
