Responsibilities
- Execute daily stocking procedures to ensure all shelves are fully replenished and organized.
- Rotate inventory based on FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles to minimize waste.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and visually appealing store environment for customers and staff.
- Monitor inventory levels and promptly communicate stock shortages to the management team.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing work areas.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Willingness and ability to work early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Strong work ethic with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Reliable transportation to ensure punctual attendance.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
