Responsibilities
- Restock Shelves: Efficiently replenish merchandise to ensure shelves are full and organized.
- Inventory Management: Rotate stock to ensure the oldest products are sold first, maintaining freshness.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor and stockroom clean, tidy, and free of hazards.
- Customer Service: Assist customers with finding products and provide a positive shopping experience.
- Stock Organization: Unpack deliveries and arrange products in a logical, accessible manner.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines while lifting and moving merchandise.
Qualifications
- Early Morning Availability: Must be able to work early morning shifts (e.g., 3:00 AM - 7:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, walk extensively, and lift items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliability: Dependable attendance and a history of punctuality.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to organize stock efficiently and maintain visual standards.
- Communication: Basic ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- High School Diploma: High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
