We are looking for reliable team members who can hit the ground running at 5:00 AM to ensure our distribution centers are fully stocked and organized for the day. We prioritize safety, efficiency, and teamwork in our operations.
Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and accurately stock incoming merchandise onto shelves and pallets.
- Organize warehouse aisles and retail storage areas to ensure optimal product visibility and accessibility.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily stocking targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (5:00 AM or 6:00 AM start times).
- Physical stamina to lift and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
