Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks using appropriate equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts).
- Organize stock on shelves and pallets to ensure efficient inventory management.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damages and report discrepancies immediately.
- Follow safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure workplace.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts as directed by management.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (e.g., 3:00 AM - 7:00 AM).
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory handling.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
