We are looking for energetic individuals who are ready to hit the ground running.
Responsibilities
- Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual labor techniques.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment according to order specifications.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records by conducting regular stock counts and organizing storage areas.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery (e.g., forklifts, scanners) safely and in compliance with safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork, including shipping manifests and logs, accurately and timely.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and perform heavy physical labor.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and have a strong work ethic.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and provide valid identification (SSN).
- Basic Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
