Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products by hand or using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against bills of lading, invoices, and orders for accuracy.
- Package and label items securely for shipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in accordance with OSHA regulations.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and status.
- Assist in physical inventory counts and cycle counts as directed by management.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding workflow and inventory issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred, but we provide paid training for qualified candidates.
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 75 lbs) repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift Operator Certification is a major plus.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
