Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the facility and to/from the loading dock safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile stock levels using scanning equipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (certification provided if needed), and hand trucks.
- Assist in maintaining proper documentation for all incoming and outgoing shipments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and ability to read and understand shipping labels.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
