Responsibilities
- Unload delivery trucks and inspect incoming merchandise for damage or errors.
- Restock shelves, coolers, and freezers with accuracy and efficiency.
- Organize backroom inventory and maintain proper storage conditions.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Rotate stock to ensure FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory management.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts using handheld scanners.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily stocking targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (3:00 AM - 8:00 AM).
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus.
