Responsibilities
- Restock merchandise on shelves and in the backroom efficiently to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Organize product displays and maintain a clean, safe, and appealing store environment.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile stock levels with the computer system.
- Assist in unloading trucks, sorting, and processing incoming freight.
- Maintain a high standard of visual presentation and ensure signage is accurate.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during early morning hours.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide basic assistance as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (5:00 AM - 1:00 PM).
- Reliable transportation to the Cincinnati location.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in scanning and stocking.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Previous experience in retail, warehousing, or stocking is preferred but not required.
- Must be willing to work weekends and holidays as needed.
