Responsibilities
- Restock Shelves: Efficiently organize and restock merchandise on shelves, racks, and displays before store opening hours.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to the management team immediately.
- Product Presentation: Ensure all products are facing forward, priced correctly, and visually appealing to maximize sales.
- Stock Rotation: Rotate stock regularly to ensure the oldest products are sold first, maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Delivery Processing: Assist with unloading deliveries, checking invoices, and stocking new arrivals.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the stockroom and sales floor clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Customer Assistance: Answer basic customer inquiries regarding product locations and availability.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work early morning shifts (e.g., 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM).
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Work Ethic: Motivated individual with a strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; open to entry-level applicants.
