Responsibilities
- Merchandising: Receive, unpack, and stock merchandise on shelves and in backroom storage areas according to company standards.
- Inventory Control: Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy and prevent shrinkage.
- Organization: Maintain a neat, clean, and safe workspace by organizing products and removing debris.
- Stock Rotation: Ensure older stock is rotated to maintain freshness and quality.
- Delivery Support: Help unload incoming trucks and transfer goods to the appropriate storage locations.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and workplace policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Proven history of punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure products are displayed correctly.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Availability: Must be available to work early morning shifts (e.g., 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM).
