Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize loading/unloading processes
- Inspect products for quality compliance before shipment
- Assist in receiving incoming shipments and verifying documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse technology
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Fluency in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
